AI Concept Art and my Workflows. Week 1. The Rainbow Empress in Candy Land.

Updated: 1 day ago

Since the social media algorithms don't like too many tags and they don't favour workflows I decided to write it all in here instead. From now on every week on Thursday/Friday depending on the platform.

Candy Land Mash Up from the last 5 Days.

Concept Art.

It all started with the competitions I applied for last week. The themes were Cosmic Carnival, Candy Land and Weather as a Character. All of those deeply resonated with me, so I experimented with them in my spare time. In the end, I developed a coherent storyline about a Rainbow Empress who rules an abundant Candy Land. There are 10 different weather conditions, so I divided the story into 10 short episodes, each spread across a separate day. As a Marketer and a Designer by trade, I always look for creative ways to incorporate product placements into my stories. Check my Photography tab to get a taste on how I do it. I have always dreamed of working on editorials for high-fashion magazines or with major marketing agencies and prominent clients. This passion led me to match a haute couture brand to every episode. This was the most fun part -creating various gowns for the Rainbow Empress and showcasing high-fashion brands through my AI animations.

The storyline evolved from a script to an AI voiceover and a song. Read more to find out how I delivered this self-made brief.

Execution and Software.

As I am a multiple CPP member, I can try and test different AI generation platforms, and I have access to credits across all of them. Whenever a new feature emerges in the generative AI world, I jump on it to test it and see what the hype is all about. Then I create promotional posts for the platforms that offer generous credits. This time was no different. Kling AI just implemented the Start-to-End frame, and Google came out with the social media-acclaimed Nano Banana. Pixverse5 was released almost at the same time, and SeedancePro came out not long beforehand. Then there's #Veo3, but the ratio available does not suit me; however, I'm tempted to change it at least for one day and make an episode entirely in Veo 3 by Google. I'm only on day 5, so another 5 days to go. Lucky for me all of the above are accessible via Imagine Art AI, my favourite all in one-go to platform! No need to worry about managing multiple subscriptions, invoices and credits or having to learn a different software each time a novelty springs out. I have it all on one powerful platform with a very user friendly interface.

My workflow for each project always starts with prompts. The way I approach prompting is pure Alchemy. It's like an ancient Alchemist dosing different ingredients to make a magical potion. My critically acclaimed prompts are nothing short of magical, and I'm known for having unparalleled attention to detail, plus my imagination is second to none. Not blowing my own trumpet here, like! lol So here we are with a whimsical Candy Land ruled by The Rainbow Empress, known for her haute couture looks...

Once the prompts are carefully crafted with ancient precision of an Alchemist, I then open my favourite software of choice, the ultimate all-in-one generative AI powerhouse - ImagineArtAI, and I start generating images for storyboards to my videos. Imagine Art is so powerful and versatile that I get to choose between dozens of available models and pick which suits me best. Not to mention the additional toggles provided within their interface to control the output even further.

For this project, it was all about Nano Banana. I am totally obsessed with the creative flair and character consistency Google managed within this model. It's genius IMO! It really suits my style, and I haven't been disappointed yet.

I then take the images to Imagine Art AI video generator and proceed with prompting the storyline. None of my projects gets signed off without the participation of almighty Kling AI and its lip syncing or Start to End frame features. I use them as transitions, and lip syncing makes a great touch to bring the characters to life or include the message as you can see in the video above.

After everything is generated, I then upload it all to the AI-powered ultra-fast Filmora Video Editor by Wondershare. I love how Filmora reminds me of Premiere Pro enough that I didn't have to learn a whole new interface. Still, at the same time, it simplifies the workflow, and all the complicated features of video editing are within reach of a single toggle. It helps with my fun projects where I don't need to be using the industry standard software. I can play around and experiment with AI even further. Filmora offers an abundance of AI features, including their own image and video generation software, now relaunching as ToMoviee AI Studio, which I will review next week. It has its own built-in AI voiceover model, music and sound effects creation, innovative AI editing features, and many more worth exploring if you create videos daily, like me, and prefer to have everything in one place. All tidied up in a logical and intuitive user experience.

Some of my sound effects are ASMR created in Kling AI, others are made or available via Filmora, others come as songs like this one you can hear in the video above, created in Suno AI

Promptshare.

The Rainbow Empress floats among vast spun-sugar clouds, her rainbow aura unraveling the pastel skies into radiant arcs. Her long blonde hair glimmers like molten gold as her body radiates rainbow light. She wears an ethereal Dior haute couture gown, translucent and iridescent, embroidered with golden Dior star motifs and crystalline candy jewels. Cotton candy wisps wrap around her train, lollipops and bonbons sparkle like constellations. Cinematic candy goddess aesthetic, ultra-detailed, 8K.
